Yorkshire3D – Shop Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

By placing an order with Yorkshire3D, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our Etsy store.
We reserve the right to update and modify the terms at any time, and the changes will be effective upon posting.
2. Products

All products are 3D printed and personalized as per customer instructions.
Due to the personalized nature of the products, slight variations in size, color, and texture may occur.
The keychains are made from biodegradable PLA plastic.
3. Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted via Etsy only.
Payments are processed securely via Etsy’s payment platform.
Custom orders or bulk requests may require additional time for completion, and we will communicate the timeline upon request.
4. Shipping

We offer fast domestic and international shipping.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via the Right of Withdrawal form (see above).
Personalized and custom items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the item is in its original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the damage and may offer a replacement or refund.
Claims for damaged or defective goods will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt of the order.
8. Limitation of Liability

Yorkshire3D is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
